A bylaw of the Cariboo Regional District, in the Province of British Columbia, to amend the Cariboo Regional District Building Bylaw.
That Bylaw No. 4997, being the “Cariboo Regional District Building Bylaw No. 4997, 2016”, is
hereby amended as follows:
a) By deleting the heading “Climatic Data” in Part 28 of the bylaw and replacing it with “ENERGY
EFFICIENCY”.
c) By adding the following new Section 28.1 under the heading “PART 28: ENERGY EFFICIENCY”:
“28.1 In relation to the conservation of energy, buildings may be constructed on or after May 1,
2023, in accordance with Sections 9.36.2 to 9.36.4 of Division ‘B’ of the Building Code.”
Bylaw 5320 - CRD Building Bylaw - Schedule "A"
A bylaw of the Cariboo Regional District, in the Province of British Columbia, to amend the Cariboo Regional District Building Bylaw.
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of Cariboo Regional District Building Bylaw No. 4997, 2016 is hereby deleted and replaced with Schedule “A” attached hereto.
