Water Quality Advisory issued for Forest Grove Water System
The Cariboo Regional District has issued a water quality advisory for users of the Forest Grove Water System because of a positive test result for low coliform found in the system.
For this reason, as precautionary measure, any high-risk users, including those with weakened immune systems, young children and those on dialysis are advised to:

Russett Bluff water quality advisories ended for coliform, manganese
Williams Lake, BC - Two water quality advisories for the Russet Bluff water system (at the east end of South Lakeside Road in Williams Lake) related to high manganese content and the use of untreated water have been lifted. Residents can now resume consumption of water from the system without taking extra precautions.

Following a boil water advisory, the Regional District increases its sampling frequencies to ensure public health and safety. Per provincial law, a boil water notice will remain in effect until two consecutive samples taken within one week of each other are complete which show that there is no detectable levels of coliforms in the water sample.
