CRD Releases Unofficial Election Results
The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) Chief Election Officer released unofficial election results on Saturday, Oct. 15 as part of the local government elections taking place across the province. CRD Elections were held in Electoral Areas E, I, J, and K of the Regional District. All other Electoral Area Directors were acclaimed on Sept. 20, 2022. A total of ballots 852 were cast throughout the four electoral areas.

Williams Lake, B.C. - Eligible voters in Cariboo Regional District Electoral Areas E , I, J, and K are encouraged to come out and vote on Oct. 15, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. For a complete list of polling stations or for more information visit cariboord.ca/elections
Fourty seven voters cast their ballots in the second advance voting opportunity earlier this week, bringing the total advance votes to 97.

The Cariboo Regional District is advising all residents in Alexis Creek that the Boil Water Notice Issued on September 14 for the Alexis Creek Water System has now been rescinded effective immediately.
