New Service Connections
Connection to utility systems is available to properties located within service area boundaries. If you live outside a service area boundary, you can connect to a utility system at an additional cost. Please contact the Environmental Services Department for more information.
A Connection Permit or information pertaining to connection costs can be obtained at any of the CRD offices.

Inquiries & Emergencies
Contact the CRD at 1-800-665-1636 during business hours:
- To report problems with your service connection
- For inquiries regarding bill payments, invoices or user fees
- For general information, servicing specifications, requirements for extending systems to un-serviced properties or establishing new utilities in un-serviced communities
To report a system emergency:
- water-main break
- sewer overflow
