Pathway to Preparedness is a public awareness campaign and community engagement project in the Cariboo Regional District, funded by the Canadian Red Cross – 2017 BC Fires Disaster Risk Reduction Partnerships.
The goal of the project is to understand and improve flood and wildfire risk awareness and promote mitigation principles to residents of all 12 electoral areas between May and November 2023. Community members will have the opportunity to learn and discuss their individual emergency preparedness, while also participating in a survey.
The following events/locations will have a representative in attendance this week.
