You can save time by paying your utilities bill online!
Cariboo Regional District (CRD) water and sewer utility users can make payments through most financial institutions and Credit Unions in B.C.
CRD preferred method of payment includes the following:
- Online banking
- Automated teller machines (ATMs)
- Telephone banking
- In person with a bank or financial institution teller
To pay your utility bill using a bill payment service, you will need to add a payee for utility bill payments to your bank account.
To add a new payee to your bank account, you need to know our payee name: Cariboo Regional District (some banks and financial institutions will use a variation of our payee name, such as Cariboo Regional District Utilities) and your account number.
If you can't find the Cariboo Regional District online, call your bank for assistance or try entering a shorter version such as Cariboo Reg Dist.
Your account number is listed on your Annual Utility bill.
Your account number must be entered without spaces, decimals, or dashes (e.g., 000 00000000 000 must be entered as 00000000000000).
The CRD also has the option to go paperless. To receive your utility bill by email visit https://forms.cariboord.ca/Finance/E-Bill-Registration to sign up.
