Summary:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District (“the Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Geotechnical Hazard Mapping and Regulatory Review, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The main objective of this review project is to modify the existing geotechnical hazard area map boundaries as required based on the recent geotechnical studies completed and any other available information for the region and update the Geotechnical Hazard Development Permit Area guidelines for the Williams Lake Fringe Area and Quesnel Fringe Area Official Community Plans (OCPs).
The total budget for this project is $120,000 inclusive of expenses, if any. All work proposed must stay within this budgeted amount, and the proponents must identify how this budget will be directed towards actions required to facilitate this geotechnical hazard regulatory review project.
