Summary:
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District (“the District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design Build of New Fire Hall in 150 Mile House BC, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
With a building budget of approximately $2,500,000.00 ($2.5 million). The Cariboo Regional District is seeking a conceptual design along with a Class C estimate.
Should an acceptable design and cost be arrived at through this RFP process, the Cariboo Regional District (the CRD) will enter into an agreement with the successful proponent based on CCDC 14-2013 Design Build Stipulated Price Contract.
