Back to SearchSummary: This Expression of Interest is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District to prospective proponents to submit applications for the Records Scanning Contract. This Contract Summary sets forth the general provisions of the Consulting Services Contract (CSC).
Service Required: The contractor is to provide scanning and digitization services of historic CRD files. This includes building, planning, bylaw, and various other departments files.
- Prepare and scan various documents (drawings, reports, wide-format maps, etc.) for electronic retention purposes in line with the CRD Scan and Destroy Policy;
- Process and organize scanned documents in various formats and upload to Cityview, Laserfiche, network and local drives;
- Dispose of scanned materials in accordance with CRD record destruction methods.
Salary Range: $35.00 / hour
Expected Time Commitment: 30 hours/week
Project Duration: 1 year. The CRD expects that substantial completion of the project be completed within the 1-year duration of the contract.
Desired Project Start Date: February 03, 2025
Work Location:
- Physical files are located in Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, and Quesnel Offices.
- Work can only be completed at office locations during regular office hours.
