The Barkerville Cemetery Accessible Trail is a 750 metre trail providing a unique and picturesque route from the Barkerville townsite to the historic cemetery. Five rest stops are interspersed along the trail route and an informational kiosk is provided for users' convenience at the trailhead.
The trail has a packed, six-foot wide crushed gravel surface with an overall gentle grade and sections of moderate steepness.
Ongoing management of the site is provided by the Barkerville Heritage Trust.

The Barkerville Cemetery Accessible Trail is located 81 kilometres east of Quesnel on Highway 26
From Williams Lake travel north on Highway 97 for one hundred and eighteen kilometres. Bear right at the intersection of Highway 97 and Carson Ave. In six hundred metres turn right at Front Street to stay on Cariboo Hwy 97. Drive for five kilometres and bear right onto Barkerville Highway 26. Travel for eighty kilometres to Barkerville, make a sharp right onto Main St and continue for 1.81 kilometres. The trailhead will be on the left.
