The Bylaw Enforcement Officer may also start an investigation. |

Cariboo Regional District Noise Bylaw No. 4713 is only in force in designated areas. Enforcement of this bylaw is done by the CRD with assistance from local Royal Canadian Mounted Police. An investigation starts upon receipt of a formal complaint. |
Building Bylaw, Invasive Plants Bylaw and Solid Waste Disposal Regulation Bylaw |
Assistance provided to the CRD Building Inspection Bylaw No. 4997, Invasive Plants Bylaw No. 4949 and Solid Waste Disposal Regulation on an as-requested basis. Investigations result when Building Inspection or Environmental Services are not successful in obtaining compliance with regulations or bylaws. |
