Direct charges are also required for the following purposes:

• Building permits
• Rezoning applications
• Official Community Plan applications
• Land use contract amendments
• Agricultural land reserve references
• Development variance permits
• Development permits
• Temporary commercial permits
• Board of Variance temporary permits
• Freedom of Information requests
