EOC News Release 17-02 Evacuation Order Expanded in the Tatton Station Road Area

South Cariboo, B.C. – The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) has expanded the Evacuation Order for the Gustafson North FSR fire to include approximately 28  more properties in the Tatton Station Road area. RCMP have gone door to door to contact the people being evacuated.

Earlier today, the CRD placed 5 residences in the Tatton Station Road area under an Evacuation Order. This Evacuation Order remains in place, and approximately 33 properties are within the new boundary.

An Emergency Social Services Reception Centre has been established at the Curling Rink on Airport Road in 100 Mile House. The CRD’s EOC Public Information line is 250-398-5117.
