Residents of 108 Mile Ranch are advised that fire hazard reduction activities are currently underway in their area. Work is now taking place between Gloinzunn Crescent and the Walker Valley and will continue for the next 4 - 6 weeks. Activities will include pruning, thinning, and chipping, along with some controlled burns if conditions permit. Some smoke may be visible and residents can expect to hear chainsaws, wood chippers, and other equipment operating during work hours. Residents needing more information may contact the Cariboo Regional District Community Services Department at 250-392-3351.
