Emergency Response Plans

Contact the CRD at 1-800-665-1636 during business hours:

  • To report problems with your service connection;

  • For inquiries regarding bill payments, invoices or user fees;

  • For general information, servicing specifications, requirements for extending systems to un-serviced properties or establishing new utilities in un-serviced communities.


To report a system emergency (water-main break, sewer overflow, etc.), call the CRD at 1-800-665-1636 and press 5 after business hours to reach the after-hours emergency line.
