Pay CRD Utilities through online banking
Cariboo Regional District utility users can now make payments through most major financial institutions and credit unions in BC. This method of payment is accessible through your online banking account, automated teller machines (ATMs), telephone banking, or in person with a teller. Please note, due to some of the fees involved, there are some financial institutes we are not registered with at this time.
You will find us listed with your bank under the payee name “Cariboo Regional District.” However, some banks and financial institutions will use a variation of the payee name. If you can't find the CRD online, try entering a shorter version such as “Cariboo Reg Dist” or call your banking institution for assistance.
Your account number is the 14 digit number on your Utility Statement. You will find it directly under the Cariboo Regional District address in the top left hand corner. When making a payment, be sure to enter your account number without spaces, decimals or dashes when prompted.
Receive your CRD Utilities Bill electronically
The Cariboo Regional District also offers E-Billing to customers who would prefer to receive their utility bill electronically. To enrol download the registration form on the right, fill it out and email it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
