Grants for Assistance

Annual Intake Grants for Assistance are provided to eligible local community groups within the Cariboo Regional District in the Central Cariboo Chilcotin (Electoral Areas D, E, F, J, and K), South Cariboo (Electoral Areas G, H and L) and Electoral Area B in the North Cariboo, for projects, activities and events that strengthen and enhance the well-being of the community and support the priorities and goals of the CRD.

Application intake is open from August 1st to October 1st annually.
Successful applicants will receive grant money in April/May of the following year. 

**PLEASE NOTE: Grants for Assistance are provided in Electoral Areas in the South and Central Cariboo/Chilcotin and Electoral Area B in the North Cariboo.  Grants for Assistance are not provided in Electoral Areas A, C and I. Groups within those areas are encouraged to submit applications to the Quesnel Community Foundation. The CRD provides annual funding to this granting organization in the North Cariboo.
