Building and Construction

The Cariboo Regional District provides building inspection services to the public in various areas of the region. See the sections below for building inspection service areas and projects that require a building permit.

The Building Inspection Department reviews plans, issues permits, and conducts inspections to ensure construction complies with the BC Building Code and applicable bylaws. These services help ensure buildings are safe and built to required standards.

Check out our Builders Bulletin and subscribe to the page to receive updates when a new bulletin is posted.
