Planning and Development

Planning staff help property owners with land development applications, advise the CRD board on planning and land use issues in the region, and issue permits for various activities related to land use. In addition to handling current planning tasks such as development permits, the department also provides expertise and advice regarding long range land use planning in the Cariboo Regional District.
