108 Mile Water System Hydrant Flushing

The Cariboo Regional District will be conducting hydrant flushing throughout the 108 Mile Water System during the month of October.

Hydrant flushing is part of regular water system maintenance and helps remove sediment from water mains while ensuring hydrants are operating properly.

During flushing, residents may experience temporary changes in water pressure or discoloured water. If your water appears discoloured, run a cold-water tap until the water runs clear.
