Green Lake Online Public Information Meeting
Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) and the Cariboo Regional District (CRD) are inviting Green Lake residents to attend an online Public Information Meeting on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
The meeting is being held to provide information for Green Lake and area residents who are currently on Evacuation Alert due to the Pear Lake Wildfire.
Updates will be provided by the BC Wildfire Service, the Cariboo Regional District, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District, and local fire departments. South Green Lake is within the TNRD boundary, while the north side of Green Lake is within the CRD. All properties around Green Lake are currently on Evacuation Alert.
Please note that information presented during this meeting will apply specifically to Green Lake residents. Residents from other communities with questions related to ongoing wildfire activity are encouraged to contact their local authority or regional district for information specific to their area.
