RFP - 26 017 Aggressive Dog Service Development Consultant

Invitation to Proponents 

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District (“the Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Aggressive Dog Service Development Consultant, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) is exploring the potential creation of a regional service to address dangerous and aggressive dogs. Preliminary background work has been undertaken to inform this exploration.

The CRD is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to advance this exploratory work. The consultant’s role is to develop options and recommendations, that will feed directly into the CRD’s 2027 Business Plan and Budget for presentation to the Regional District Board. No decision to establish a service has been made at this time.

The maximum budget for this project is $60,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
