Notice of Public Hearing 1123 Denny Rd – Rezoning Application
The Board of Directors of the Cariboo Regional District (CRD) gives notice that it will consider proposed Bylaw 5544 at the noted time and location.

Williams Lake Fringe and 150 Mile House Area Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 5544, 2025 amends Bylaw No. 3502, 1999 by rezoning the property from Residential 2 (R 2) zone to Special Exception R2-1 zone.
If passed, it will allow two single family dwellings.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Bylaw(s) may submit written comments regarding the proposal. Written submissions (via the options below) must be submitted at our Williams Lake Office forty-eight hours prior to the meeting. All submissions will become part of the public record.

Copies of the proposed Bylaws and all supporting documents are available for inspection on the CRD’s website or at the Cariboo Regional District office at 180 D North 3rd Avenue, Williams Lake, BC, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, from January 22, 2026 to February 6, 2026 inclusive (excepting public holidays).
