Summary: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District (“the
Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Quesnel Pre-
Treatment Plant Building Expansion Project, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables’).

The Cariboo Regional District is enlarging the Quesnel Pre-Treatment Plant in order to provide a more functional space for the utility operators. The expansion will include new office spaces, a new Heavy Storage Bay and a new roof structure. Drawings for this work are provided as Attachment A.

Successful proponent will be responsible for securing all permits and inspections and should incorporate those costs in the proposal.

Site visits are recommended. Proponents should contact the RFP contact to schedule a site visit.
