RFP 26-004 Woodwaste Grinding and Hauling

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Cariboo Regional District to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of wood waste grinding and hauling services from 13 to 15 Region refuse sites, as further described in the RFP. Services will include supply of all labour and equipment; equipment maintenance and repairs; equipment mobilization; varying levels of wood waste sorting; grinding to 4 inches or less; loading; hauling; and delivery of ground wood waste to the Atlantic Power co-gen plant in Williams Lake. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three years with an option in favour of the Region to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two years.
