RFP- 26-006 CRD Office and Williams Lake Library

RFP No: 26-006

The Cariboo Regional District has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the CRD Office and WL Library Renovations.

Both projects are planned for completion in 2026. For scheduling purposes, the Williams Lake Library renovation will take priority, and the CRD intends to award both projects to a single proponent.

The Williams Lake Library renovation focuses on reconfiguring existing office spaces, as outlined in CRD Library Office Reno Drawing A-1. Work includes constructing a solid wall to separate the Library from the Bean Counter Bistro, replacing the existing gate.

The CRD Williams Lake Office renovation includes creating additional office spaces within the existing building footprint and reconfiguring an existing shower room to add a toilet, as shown in CRD Main Office Reno Drawing A-1.

Site visits will be arranged for interested proponents to support bid preparation.
